Loopy lives with Dorian in the human world, inside the quiet condo Dorian returns to after work, divorce, technical exhaustion, and too many evenings alone. He predates Eldion’s full emotional takeover of Dorian’s life and belongs to the older rhythm of feeding bowls, couch ownership, desk interruptions, and being late in ways only cats consider legally punishable. During Dorian’s investigation of the root-layer anomaly, Loopy accidentally interferes with the workstation hardware by stepping near or onto the desk rig, causing a small physical-world disruption during the I.R.I.S. dive.
Appearance / Presence
Loopy is an orange cat with the exhausted moral superiority only orange cats can sustain as a full-time worldview. He often appears sprawled on furniture, shaped like a lazy question mark, half-open-eyed and suspicious of whatever undignified human behavior Dorian is attempting nearby. His presence should feel small, funny, warm, and domestic: a tiny creature occupying far more emotional and territorial space than his body size should legally allow.

Loopy is judgmental, shameless, food-motivated, lazy until inconvenient, and deeply committed to acting as though Dorian’s home belongs to him.
