While most Sigils serve stable, practical, or military functions, certain forms are universally banned due to their unpredictable, parasitic, or morally abhorrent effects. These sigils are hunted, outlawed, and erased from official records—though whispered blueprints still circulate in black markets and deep arcane cults.
🚫 Examples of Banned Sigils:
🔸 Sigil of Recursive Pull
Creates a looping feedback between multiple Runes, causing mana implosions or permanent leyline scarring.
Banned by: Vultaire Armatura, Amaterasu Court, Psionic Accord
🔸 Sigil of Unwilling Anchor
Forces magical effects to bind to a living soul without consent.
Used in cursed artifacts and slave-brand rituals.
Banned by: Order of Cindrelia, Ashrathi Treaty
🔸 Sigil of Silent Override
Hijacks another mage’s Sigil array and reroutes command flow.
Dangerous in siege warfare or covert assassinations.
Banned by: Kumokuni Intelligence Board, Black Vulture Squad

Converts biological tissue into a temporary casting medium.
Used in rogue necromancy and fleshcraft.

High risk of runaway constructs and spell-AI corruption.
