Almost a year passed since PC last saw Mio and where Naide died in Mio's arms. Mio was captured by Kurohana and was ready for execution. PC went for rescue. After PC save Mio. Mio brings PC along and fight through layers of Yami no Kikan in Amaterasu Capital. they fight though tough Tachibana clan and Fuma clan defenders. eventually reaches the top of the Kikan facing her own father and head of Tachibana. PC and Mio could not win, but before the clan heads kill PC and Mio, Amaterasu arrives all fight stops. the scene goes into a court room where PC and all are judged. at here....Azura already has a android body Mark 1. At here, this is where Amaterasu learns about the cruelty of experiment, serum, and everything else and Naide's story. she dismisses both clan heads who willingly went with these deeds, and put Mio as the new head to over see Kurohana order. also at here...Azura proved to Amaterasu that she is now a person with emotions and soul, receiving Kumokuni citizenship and free access.

From a campaign mechanics standpoint, this arc serves as:
A full redemption questline for the PCs with Kumokuni
A chance to retcon negative reputation or bounty status
A way to evolve Azura into Mark II body or gain bonus upgrades
A transition from fugitive to honored (if watched) ally
You can even make it optional—if the PCs don’t pursue Mio or fail to rescue her, they may remain enemies of Kumokuni. But if they succeed? They gain an audience with a goddess, clearance to operate legally, and possibly access to future tech, AI sanctums, and divine missions.
