Description
The Kurohana Order (黒華組織) is the covert intelligence and elimination force of Kumokuni, operating entirely in the shadows, beneath even the awareness of most citizens. Meaning "Black Flower Order," its name evokes both beauty and death—agents are taught to move like petals in wind, but strike like poisoned thorns.
Trained in the elite combat arts of Kukage Jutsu, Kurohana agents are masters of stealth, psychic warfare, cyber-infiltration, and assassinations that erase both targets and memory trails. Officially, they do not exist. Unofficially, their reputation is whispered across black markets and war councils with dread.
History
The Order was founded after the Twilight Rebellion, when Kumokuni's hidden capital was nearly exposed due to internal betrayal. To prevent such threats from ever arising again, Empress Amaterasu authorized the creation of a loyal shadow branch, drawn from orphans, exiles, and survivors—those with no allegiance but to the survival of Kumokuni itself.
Their first mission was a purge: eliminating seven noble houses who colluded with outsiders. The operation lasted 36 hours. None survived. Since then, they have evolved into a vast underground network—operating both within and beyond Kumokuni’s borders.
Structure
The Order operates as a cell-based hierarchy, ensuring plausible deniability and operational redundancy. No single agent knows the entire chain of command.🌇Amaterasu Capital
The Pale Bloom – The Grandmaster, masked and nameless, said to commune directly with Amaterasu.
Petal Lords – High-ranking operatives, each managing one of the Order’s five Pillars (Intel, Wetwork, Infiltration, Recon, Extraction).
Thorns – Elite agents, trained in both Kukage Jutsu and cyber-psionic warfare. Often deployed solo.
Stalks – Mid-level agents who lead small teams on regional assignments.
Seeds – Recruits or deep-cover operatives not yet activated.
Special designations like “Withered” are given to agents who have gone rogue or outlived usefulness—most are hunted down.
